OCR and image-understanding reliability update
- Fixed offline OCR character-dictionary and model-metadata handling that could map recognized text to the wrong characters.
- Removed duplicate confidence processing so low-confidence OCR output is less likely to appear as readable text.
- Official vision models now receive the original uploaded image. Local OCR text remains supplemental and does not redefine the image task or tool selection.
- Fixed consistency across image-chat history restore, context compaction, replay, and token accounting.
Native installers for Windows 10 and 11 x64 and ARM64 are available. Automatic update and website downloads are both published at 19.25.211.
